GoAudits is looking for a dynamic team member in its Sales Team.The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify opportunity and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Provide routine input to marketing on the success of campaigns and the quality of leads for continuous improvement feedback loop.
- Enable and sell with channel partners
- Maintain and update all key information within the CRM system so that sales, lead, opportunity, customer and partner activity is a reflection of the sales stage at all times.
- Working with sales team when closing sale
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
Requirements
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
- Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close preferred
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Freshers with great communication can also apply (Graduate in any stream)
- Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, hospitality or related sales experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
