We are actively hiring for exciting opportunities for Mohan Estate, Delhi location.
We are seeking an Escalations Team Advisor with exceptional multitasking skills to handle multiple customers simultaneously while displaying the right intent and taking ownership of customer inquiries. The role also involves making outbound calls to customers, based on the query and flow availability and customer/query requirements.

Requirements :
– Graduates only
– Good communication skills
– Should be ok to travel to Gurgaon for 20 days of training ( Paid )
– 80% calling 20% mail
– 8 am -10 pm window shift ( Rotational )
– min. 6 months experience in calling, emails or blended process
– Incentive 18,500 per month (performance based)
