Lokal is building a community of journalists across towns and villages in India who tell stories that matter. Stringers trained by Lokal furnish real time information from the furthest corners in India, lending their voice to the unheard. Lokal started as an informative WhatsApp group in Kodad, a small town in the Suryapet district of Telangana. Today, the Android app has become the go-to information hub for millions of people in 25+ districts in the states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.

 

 

Role & responsibilities

Creating a positive Brand Image in the minds of new prospective clients
Contact clients by phone to offer or persuade them to purchase the services
Explain the advantages and features of the service being sold to stimulate the client’s
interest
Answer client’s questions about the service being offered
Explain products or services and prices, estimate or final cost of sale
Coordinating with sales executive and the client till the deal is closed Meeting daily/ weekly/
monthly targets

Maintaining follow-up data working on Follow-up data Maintaining MIS and data for future
course of action

 

Must be fluent in any of these languages – Telugu , Tamil , Marathi , Kannada , Hindi , English.
