Roles and Responsibilities :
You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting activities from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring potential employees. You will also need to Reaching out candidates. You also will be responsible for planning and executing the end-to-end process of hiring along with a smooth onboarding experience for the new hires.
Qualifications and Desired Skills
- Freshers / College Students
- Source and recruit candidates across various roles.
- Prior experience in technical hiring is an added advantage.
- Good planning and execution skills.
- Excellent networking skills and ability to build a good rapport with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills.
