- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls and provide support to customers.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a voice process role or similar customer service position.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure.
- Proficiency in using call center software and tools.
