Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Ad Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Ad Ops Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality advertising solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Display & Video 360, etc.
  • Ensure that campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve client goals.
  • Compile and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing campaign performance metrics and key findings for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on ad operations, campaign management, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in ad serving platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Display & Video 360, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
