Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Onboarding Specialist. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for customer and client onboarding, analyzing data and providing insights, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication
  • Experience in Customer or Client Onboarding
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in HR support or event management is a plus
