Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (BPO/Call Centre).
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English & Hindi language.
• Ability to work on Inbound Voice Processes/Inbound Calls from Customers & Chat support job
• Requirement: Laptop with i3 or i5 processor, 8 GB RAM, and Windows 10 OS Broadband internet connection. Net speed of 30 mbps or above candidates with the above system can only join.
• Nature of Job: Domestic BPO Voice Inbound.
• Shift: Rotational Shift and Rotational Week Off.
• Working Days: 6 days a week.
• Working Hours: 9 hrs of login (8 hrs productivity + 1 hr break).
• Language Requirements: Hindi & English Competency: Excellent English – Ability to Read and Translate content.
• Eligibility: Both Fresher and Experienced candidates.
• Qualification: +12/Graduation in any degree
• Salary: 13,000 For Freshers upto 16,000 for Experience.
