Hello Candidates,
We are looking for Senior Customer Support Executive for International Voice process. Candidates must have excellent communications. It is a Hybrid mode and systems will be provided by the company once you shift to work from home. You will have to come to the office for initial training of 15 days. (Cabs will be provided from 2nd day).
Designation – Customer Support Executive
Working mode – Hybrid
LOB – International Voice
Shift – Rotational Shift
Working days – 5 days working ( 2 weeks offs)
CTC – 3.2 LPA (2.88 LPA in-hand)
Education Qualification – Undergraduates + 6 months of experience
–Â Graduate + freshers
Requirements
1. Must have excellent communication.
2. Must be able to work in rotational shifts including Night Shifts.
3. Must have problem solving quality.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Will have to handle escalation calls from customers.
2. He will act as a spokesperson on clients behalf.
3. He will have to solve the queries of the customer and handle them in a humble manner
