At Thrive, we’re looking for an operations specialist to join us on our quest to help restaurants succeed online. Preferably, you’re someone who loves communicating with people, is patient & knowledgeable. We’re looking for a person who is not afraid to wear many hats and enjoys a culture of freedom and responsibility. You will be given the trust and authority to try different things, explore ideas, fail, learn, adapt, and try again. We’re a small team (think David) creating a food-delivery platform that’s going up against large aggregator platforms (think Goliath). If you’re someone who also wants to get their hands in different parts of the product, then this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding process for restaurants joining our food delivery network.
- Efficiently liaise with merchants nationwide through remote communication channels.
- Engage in effective communication and follow-up with external stakeholders and internal teams.
- Utilize a variety of internal and external tools with a logical approach to meet requirements.
- Conduct platform training sessions for merchants and offer ongoing support to address their queries and issues.
- Provide comprehensive analysis and feedback to drive operational improvements and facilitate scalability.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in operations and client-facing roles.
- Demonstrates a user-first mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile to accomplish tasks.
- Enthusiastic about tackling challenges and finding effective solutions.
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
- (Good to have) Ability to communicate with merchants in regional languages other than Hindi.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and an organized, process-oriented approach to work.
- Basic understanding of no-code tools like GSheets, Excel, Notion, Zapier, Trello, and CRM platforms.
