Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Associate ( Freshers or with 1 year experience ). The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, human resources, training & development, and communication. The Associate will be responsible for handling all aspects of personnel management and provide support to employees, managers, and senior executives. This will include helping with recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and other HR operations activities. This role will also include the development and implementation of training programs and communication strategies for employees across all levels.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR management and HR operations
- Experience in Human Resources (HR)
- Experience in creating and implementing training & development programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Experience in the technology or e-commerce industry is a plus
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
