Job Description

The customer success executive will be responsible for building strong relationships

with customers and collaborating with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver

consistently excellent customer experiences. Identifying a range of our offerings that could

meet the goals and values of each client.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Ensuring regular connections with existing clients to maintain our company’s presence.

 Repairing disengaged or fractured relationships.

 Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client’s requirements.

 Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

 Proposing and deliberating potential solutions in consultation with clients.

 Prompting clients to upgrade their existing packages and to purchase additional

offerings.

 Settling clients’ concerns in a swift and professional manner.

 Harnessing internal relationships to better address clients’ needs and to maximize our

profits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 0.6-1 year of customer success or related experience.

 Good interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with a wide variety of customers, and ability to address needs.

 Strong command of English as a communication language.

 Good listening skills should be able to listen and understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

 Ability to convey benefits of service to potential customers.

 Ability to pay attention to details and record them on appropriate mediums to make

communication known to other team members.
