What We’re Looking For:
A Frelance HR Executive who can be the backbone of our freelancer community, ensuring we attract, retain and nurture top-notch talent. You’ll be working closely with our in-house team, but hey, this is a freelance role. So, the world—or at least your living room—is your office!
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source and onboard freelancers with the skills that make our marketplace unique.
- Freelancer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to keep our freelancers engaged and motivated.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct periodic reviews to ensure quality and performance are up to the mark.
- Training and Development: Coordinate webinars, workshops, and training programs to help our freelancers level up their skills.
- Conflict Resolution: Be the go-to person for resolving any issues among freelancers.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR roles, preferably in freelance or remote settings.
- Stellar communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A knack for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with the freelancing market in India.
- Experience in community building or talent management.
- A sense of humor. (Trust us, it goes a long way!)
