Role Overview
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for providing support to the Software and Artificial Intelligence team to identify any issues / bugs and ensure our product releases go live with minimal defects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing testing of all current and future releases
- Conducting and organising a range of test runs from user acceptance tests to Beta & A/B testing
- Maintaining and assisting in creating thorough test documentation for current and future releases
- Label content such as text, audio, images and video so it can be recognised by our software.
- Support the AI Data & QA manager with any adhoc requests
- Support the end-to-end test process (online reviewing or downloading videos)
Experience
- A high degree of attention to detail
- Ability to rapidly respond to an ever-changing environment and manage competing priorities while working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical skills, particularly the ability to summarise different scenarios and identify potential issues
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team
