The role of the Customer Service Associate (CSA) – Non-Voice,
will be responsible for:

Education
- Any Graduate
- 0 to 3 years customer service experience or equivalent
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service, solving questions and complaints related to order status, Inventory, Billing related queries, through web chat and email based communication tools.
- Contacts can be from customers and/or shoppers
- Responsible to save customers from deactivating their subscription of services & respond to other types of inquiries
- Responsible for receiving high volume of incoming Chat conversations and responding to inquiries in a manner that meets quality and performance standards
- Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines
